The best way to be kept up to date with new products as soon as we have them is to subscribe to our newsletter. We won't share your information with anyone else, we’ll just make sure that you’re first to know about the beautiful new products we find.
You can also click on ‘latest products’ in the left hand menu and this will take you to the latest products added to the site.
How do I find more products by a specific designer?
If you see a product that you like and want to find other products by the same designer; from the individual product page, click on ‘more products by this designer’ at the bottom right of the page. This will take you to all of the products by this designer. You can then click on any image to find out more information about individual products.
How can I pay for my products?
Payments on British by Design website are taken via PayPal. Paypal accepts both credit and debit cards and uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and many other advanced techniques to improve security on your payments.
Why does each product have it’s own delivery cost and timescale?
Our products are produced by different designers and are various sizes and weights, so each product has its own specific delivery cost and timescales ensuring that you have the correct information for the individual items you have chosen to purchase.
Products are dispatched from the individual designer therefore ensuring that you receive them as soon as possible within the timescales mentioned. Due to products being dispatched direct, it is therefore not possible to group items for dispatch by different designers.
